All the times I visited this location...it was clean and the staff are friendly.

Went in for my wife and her birthday with our friend. Didn't even state their policy on a free yogurt for the birthday, and then we were told that they couldn't process a refund without a manager. Left several messages for said manager, and phone numbers. Haven't heard a thing back. Avoid this place

Always awesome. The young girls that are there usually on weekends ( we go way too much) tend to be unhelpful sometimes. Wish they would keep the Dole Whip products because they taste so much better than their other brands, plus you never have to worry about allergens with that brand.

So many different flavors of frozen yogurt it was awesome. Add that to all the different toppings and it was cool

I've cream and toppings were delicious. Loved the birthday cake flavor. The two ladies working weren't personable or welcoming so I didn't bother tipping. They do have super cool temperature changing plastic spoons. Cool place to take kids or just treat yourself.

you can never go wrong with Sweet Frog great place to take your children good frozen yogurt even though I do not get it very often I prefer the sherbert they always have a few flavors to choose from prices are reasonable based on weight overall I would recommend this place staff are friendly and helpful

Super unfriendly

Good ice cream, but they charge a lot for it.

Even when they are busy, the service is always fast. It's an easy snack. The four star is only for them not having the bare essentials occasionally. The last visit they didn't have the strawberry yogurt. I think the big three flavors, vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, should always be present. Other than that they always have full toppings and its a very clean location.

They were swamped today, but it was still pretty decent. There were several froyo dispensers that were empty, most surfaces were sticky, and generally the place was messy. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't their best. My shoes were literally sticking to the floor.

Had options my kid loved.

The yogurt and toppings were good; however the bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap, the toilet seat was broke and falling off, and no paper towels. When I told the cashier everything, she said they were too busy to maintain the bathroom. I was highly frustrated because she didn't seem to care about anything. First Sweet Frog I've been to with such a nasty bathroom and such careless staff!
